Love to figure out how things work? The engineering pathway may interest you.
Utilizing the Project Lead the Way (PLTW) courses, students will learn to apply the engineering design process, using sketches and 3D modeling software to develop solutions to various problems. Advanced courses find students designing and producing structures using modern technological tools. The last course will develop an understanding of civil engineering and architectural design. An alternative for the third year of this pathway focuses on manufacturing engineering, gaining hands-on experience in rapid prototyping, robotics, and automation, using modern technologies to build and evaluate 3D prototypes.
