If you are interested in the fundamentals of how a business is run, this pathway is for you.
This program covers essential business skills across three main areas. Students learn about business ownership, organization, management, and financial practices, with a focus on using technology to solve business problems. They also study the functions of managers, the legal system’s impact on business, and topics like contracts, property ownership, and business structures. Additionally, students explore the basics of accounting through generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), learning to record transactions and prepare and analyze financial reports for decision-making in both manual and digital systems. Together, these courses build a strong foundation for a career in business.
