Dear BPS Families,
Welcome to the 2026-2027 año escolar!
I am excited to introduce myself as the new principal of Batesville Primary School. While this is a new role for me, Batesville is not a new community. Over the past several years, I have had the opportunity to work with many of our students, familias, and staff members, and I am grateful for the chance to continue serving BPS in this new capacity.
The early elementary years are such an important time in a child’s life. Students are learning new skills every day, building confidence, making friends, and discovering what they are capable of. Our goal is to make sure every child feels safe, apoyado, and excited to come to school each day.
As we begin the year, I look forward to getting to know our families, celebrating our students, and working alongside our incredible staff. BPS is a special place filled with caring adults who are committed to helping children grow, and I am proud to be part of that team.
I believe that strong schools are built on strong relationships. My door is always open, and I encourage you to reach out with questions, concerns, or simply to introduce yourself. We all want the same thing: a great experience for every child who walks through our doors.
