1. 1. Check the volume
   2. Review settings to make sure Mute is not on
   3. Go to Settings>Sound>Make sure volume is up
   4. Restart the device
   5. Go to Settings>General>Reset>>Reset All Settings (Do NOT Erase)

Once your computer has finished starting up, the first thing you’ll see is the desktop. You can think of the desktop as the main workspace for your computer. From here, you can view and manage your files, open applications, and access the Internet, among other tasks.

Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner of the screen, then select Shut Down.

If your computer has become slow or unresponsive, you can choose Restart to quickly turn it off and on again. Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner of the screen, then select Restart.
