Alumni graduating 2008-present can request your transcript to be sent via Parchment.com or by completing the form below.
Alumni who graduated prior to 2008, please complete the form below. It is a fillable PDF that will need to be completed and faxed (812-934-5964), mailed (1 Bulldog Blvd., Batesville, IN 47006), or emailed to the Guidance Office (highschool@batesville.k12.in.us).
Transcripts for Colleges/Universities
Transcript Requests to colleges/universities from the Guidance office can be requested by Parchment. Go to Parchment.com and it will prompt you through the process of requesting a transcript. You will be asked to create a username and password that should be kept for future transcript requests.
You will also need to fill out the information form linked below and email it to Mrs. Raver so that the counselors will have the necessary information to fill out a counselor recommendation page to link with your transcript to the college or university. Counselors will not be able to complete the Counselor Recommendation page without the information in the form below!
Final Transcripts
Seniors may order their final transcript from Parchment.
