Summer School Information


Summer School letters will be mailed during the early part of May to incoming freshmen through incoming seniors who have expressed interest in Summer School to BHS Counselors.  These letters will contain important information on how to enroll for our free summer school courses offered by Indiana Virtual Academy.

Important Information Regarding Summer School:
These courses are online and students can work from home on the course work. Once the course is complete, students must report to BHS for the final exam.  Teachers will monitor the students’ progress and are available for questions during the scheduled summer school office hours. These details will be provided in the summer school letter sent out.

Math and English Summer School:  First Monday after graduation through the last week of June – Students are required to report to the help sessions – Final exams will be the last week of June.
All other Summer School courses:  First Monday after graduation through the last week of July – No help sessions available in person
Final exams must be scheduled the last week of July by calling the BHS Guidance Office.
